When you create a page with the TagDiv composer and open the same page with the wp standard editor, it’s just a complete mess of full of shortcodes and lengthy CSS code. I was wondering how does that affect SEO? Or it does not matter because search engine algorithms can separate the code and actual written content easily?

Please notice that our TD Composer page builder doesn’t any negative effect on your SEO. This is not a problem in this case. If you have any question regarding this case, please provide more details and some screenshots so we can take a closer look at it.
