This plugin is working, I am unable to change the place where it is showing up. I want FB comment box to be shown in the place of default comment box, right now comments are shown right below the post is over. Can you or anyone please tell me where to put manual code of FB comment for the all the posts? Or can I make changes to plugin for the same..

Maybe the plugin has settings regarding positioning, from the theme you can’t control where exactly the plugin decides to insert it’s content.
So if the plugin appears below the post content, maybe that is where the plugin author intended for it to appear when creating it.

The plugin does not have any positioning feature. There should be a solution to do it manually by placing code. Are you from the support team or you are just an another newspaper theme user like me.
Does the plugin have a solution to implement it by code, or shortcode? If it does there would be a method to control where the comments appear.

Maybe the theme will have in the future an implementation for other discussion types, for the moment it uses the default WordPress comments.
We don’t have a guide I could provide you for installing Facebook comments unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience.
