Upgraded to Version 9. After upgrade some of the Newspaper menus somehow lost links. Restored database. Now, the site is working, many of the images are displaying all wrong, either too large or too small. Ran thumbnail regenerator. Inserted vc_figure CSS.
The site is still not displaying properly. Help! This is a live site.

So you restored a backup and there are problems with the thumbnails now? Or the problem is with image elements?
Maybe the issue is having both composers active. Note that after the theme is updated the tagDiv composer will be activated automatically, so if you used WPBakery to build pages there could be problems with some WPBakery specific elements.
If that is the case and both are active, try and deactivate the tagDiv composer.
