Hi,
I am using this plugin so that pages can also contain categories and tags: “https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-category-to-pages/”.
But listing all entries from a category on a page using the following code lists only posts in the category but not pages:
[vc_row][vc_column][td_block_11 category_id="4" sort="alphabetical_order"][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Is there a way to also show pages in the category?

If you want to have pages in the category page, you can use a cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library , edit the template:

After that drag a block, set the type from filter to page

Save the template and set it on Theme panel > Categories.
