I have done all the footer settings and sidebar settings, but it’s not showing in the website.
Please help me on this ASAP

So the footer is enabled in the theme panel and still does not appear? I can see that is missing at the moment, the sub-footer as well. Did you maybe make modifications to the theme files that could cause this? Remove them if you did and check if the issue is solved.
Have you investigated plugins? it could be some kind of conflict. Or custom code entered in the theme panel, theme files etc.
