In the top bar of header section I enabled weather and date options. But they are showing values in English. I want it in other languages. I want it in Bangla. Please let me know how.

Unfortunately there is no setting to translate the weather, maybe you can use other weather plugin, or a plugin that translate plugins.
If you want to change the format date, please check wp panel->settings->general area, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/D4d5e01xp For more references about format date, please consult this -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time and also, please notice that these settings you can set it from as I pointed above and not come from our theme, but only for WordPress. If you want to display more levels in this regard and if you are not aware the steps, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
