I am asking as I use patreon to protect content etc. Is there a way to add these options inside the login/register bar. As when I click register it automatically goes to e-mail/password and login doesn’t offer login buttons. So I am wondering where would someone edit these?

Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this functionality! You should edit the top bar file if you want to add this setting there. Also, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you.
