Hello. Set the background on the topic. It is displayed only on my computer. Do not see friends and acquaintances. Their browsers are not cached. They never went to my site. Tell me what to do?

Background appears only for authorized users. If the user is not avtorezirovan on my site the background is not shown. How to fix it?
