Single image custom link not working

Hi there,

I have an issue with the image in one of my pages. I’ve inserted an image with “single image” and choosing custom link when clicking, I’ve inserted the url. However it won’t work, nothing happens when I click on the picture or just hover over the picture.

this is the first picture under “featured in tokyo this week”
