If you want exact the same layout please go in Settings>Reading and set your latest posts

If I’m understand correctly you are referring to the breadcrumbs -> https://www.screencast.com/t/PS19rZxju please change the page template to default -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ or use this custom css
