newspaper unique articles not showing

hello, the newspaper unique articles is not showing when I click edit page I dont see it my website has multiple articles that are repeating it self all over the the place, is there a way to show/unhide the option “Show Only Unique articles on this template” like it shws in the follwing link youhttp://content.screencast.com/users/CLucian/folders/Jing/media/14748253-9687-44f5-857a-16698670a3fe/2014-10-03_1341.png
