Please tell me how can I rollback to 9.1 its urgent !!

if you have newspaper 9.1 theme files its easy.. just delete the current theme and upload the old newspaper 9.1.
Technical support:
We will investigate these image related problems caused by the update. In the meantime the fix would be to disable the theme lazyload in the theme panel

We are very sorry for this inconvenience, we tested the lazyload on our side extensively, but it seems that there may be some problems after all.

Hi,
Also be sure to check if the tagDiv composer has updated automatically, if the shortcodes are displayed chances are it has not.
You can check here in the theme plugins panel

After the update please clear any caching the website may have, also purge CDN files. We are currently investigating some reported issues with the images.
@Edward Have you updated the theme and experienced any problems with the thumbnails? Any feedback you can provide is much appreciated.
Thanks
Hi Simon
Thanks – the tagdiv composer was required to be updated.. I updated it and now the shortcodes are gone and my home page looks normal now.
I have also disabled the lazyload and the thumbnails are back – Thanks.
I have another query – i had updated my theme via Envato Plugin automatically. Is there anyway to downgrade in a similar fashion automatically if required.
Regards
Ankur
We constantly try to improve the automatic updating process of the tagDiv composer and social counter plugins (the others have to be updated manually) but there are still cases where it fails. It works in most cases however.
When it fails all that could be done is to update manually, monitor after a theme update if this is needed.
Regarding the lazyload issues, some users report that they have cleared the browser cache, website cache etc and the problem was gone and the lazyload works for them as intended.
We will still monitor the situation and continue the investigation to hopefully identify what could be causing problems with the new theme lazyload implementation.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your help!
The result of the update (done it via Envato market) really shocked me!
I had issues with shortcodes (solved with update to composer) and to my new posts template (solved with update to Cloud library).
I didn’t noticed any lazyload problems so far.
Nick.
Another issue:
After editing front page with TD composer, I try to save; it saves it, but the saving “circle” never stops spining, so I have to exit page.
When I open again TD composer, there’s a line saying: The current content page hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!
So there are problems with the lazyload despite clearing all caches including browser cache? I see it is disabled at the moment on your website.
Does the issue with the composer happen only for the homepage? What if you try it on a new page?
If you create or import a cloud post template it should appear in the general post template as well as in the single post edit screen

We could take a look if you can provide admin login at contact@tagdiv.com as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. Mention in the email how we can recreate the problems exactly.
The problem is that the new template I try to create doesn’t appear anywhere.
There isn’t an import option, so that I can import one cloud post template.
The next hours there will be a change of hosting in progress, so I think it’s better for me if you work this out after a couple of days.
Nick
The new update should fix the lazyload issues, we made a few modifications to it

Also a new setting for rows was introduced, and various fixes overall.
With the cloud library there is no identified issue, so nothing changed in the matter. So if you have a problem using cloud templates, send us an email and mention the steps to recreate the issue. We will investigate.
