How do I have posts on the home page appear in chronological order?

Hi, my site is andreian.com

I want all of the posts to appear in chronological order across all the widgets and post layouts. I’m not sure if that’s proper terminology. Basically, I want my newest content first on the home page.

Can someone please help? It feels like a stupid question and I should know how to do it. But I’ve spent two hours trying to figure it out and now I’m hoping for some help.
