Hi,
I have updated wordpress 5.0 and currently, I’m having newspaper theme 9.2. After this updated, page options like page setting, Yost seo premium settings are getting floated in the add new post page.

Hi,
In my case there is no such problem, the meta boxes are always at the bottom of the page

Maybe try to disable them and re-enable them

Also force refresh the page a few times (Ctrl+Shift+R). Try to switch switch to the code editor window
