Good afternoon,
I’m creating a onepage site for an event and the need arose to have “two menus”: an initial text only line as soon as the website opens, and a sticky, with logo and same options, after the first scrolling. Is it possible with Newspaper?

Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this. You should to use such a plugin with this functionality and check the results.
