I have followed this instruction https://forum.tagdiv.com/existing-content/ , But still images are not getting optimized for the rectangle big block properly after demo theme change, have a look at http://www.yogi360.com/blogs. Am i missing something here.

I check your website and the image are look good.
I think you refer to the mode how the theme crop the image.
