Thank you very much for your appreciation. If you mean the color design of that menu, that would be possible. There are a considerable amount of color options for the menu, mega-menu etc in the theme panel

If you mean the layout inside the mega-menu, there are no options to change it.
The mega-menu (with or without sub-categories) will always look like this

List of sub-categories on the left, posts displayed on the right. Or just the posts in case of a mega-menu without sub-categories.
Maybe with the new header builder it would be possible, he haven’t begun making tests with it, it is still in development at the moment. So I can’t say currently what the features will be.
