Help with Header Style 10 / Logo Display

Hi there,

This is in reference to using Header Style 10 in Newspaper.

I have been using an 1100 x 335 logo that appeared to be being constrained, leaving 27 pixels of white space on top/bottom and 30-some pixels on left and right.

After changing the image size to 1200 x 335, I was able to get it to get it to display at full width – but I still have 27 pixels of white space at the top and bottom.

When I enlarged the image to 1200 x 400, the top/bottom white space still doesn’t go away. It appears to be being constrained in regard to height as the white pixels remain the same size regardless of the height of the image itself.

Our website is currently in development mode and is not world-accessible so I am unable to provide login details.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide! Thank you kindly for your time.

Hi,

There should be no such space, the header logo should be from top bar to main menu, no extra space above or below the image. Just like this theme demo which uses header style 10
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_cars/

Maybe check with the browser inspector, right click the respective spaces and click inspect. Could be some indication where that padding or margin space comes from.

To the left and right it would depend on the size of the image, the image will be displayed as it is. So a small image on a large display for example, will not be stretched to be full width.

Thanks
