LazyLoad – problems with displaying the map

Posted in: Newspaper

I have the EventOn plugin. On the single event page the google map is not loaded (if I shake the browser then it works). The problem occurs when LazyLoad is on. I created a test page where this problem does not occur.

I tried to clear the cache (wp-super cache, cdn) and unfortunately it does not give anything

Hi,

Please update the theme to the latest version of it which is Newspaper 9.2.2 via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDEN files and check the results.

Thanks for the message!

Hi,

From what I can see lazyload is active in the website you provided, and the maps are loading fine, at least the ones I checked are
http://prntscr.com/lyxs4g
http://prntscr.com/lyxs9e
http://prntscr.com/lyxsgi
http://prntscr.com/lyxsma
We haven’t made any testing between the theme and events and maps, maybe there are problems that happen in some cases.

Thanks

In this form I load well, but the side of a single event (the map is then a bit wider) does not load correctly. It is interesting that on another page in the same configuration (the same version of the theme, WordPress and plugins) everything works well. I have cleared cache (wp-super cache) and cache in CDN (cloudflare). I do not have an idea anymore. If you come up with some solution, please enter it, meanwhile, Merry Christmas!

I will add that when you switch the USE LOADING ANIMATION IMAGE option
from full to the rest everything works fine

Hi,

I have already added this on our list, there could be some tests but I cannot say for sure at the moment. If there is no problem with the other lazyload effects maybe use one of them for the time being.
Sorry for the inconvenience, the best wishes for you as well and Happy Holidays!

Thanks

Hi Arlink,

Unfortunately we can not say when this will be fix, because this depends on the developers team, not on us, but usually this happen in coming updates.

Thank you for your understanding!
