when i try to publish there is wheel always running and it stuck there.please help

Hello,
Usually it is a WordPress file (admin-ajax.php) that gets blocked by your firewall (wordfence or host security) or by your file permissions. This can be seen in the browser inspector. Please try to deactivate all firewalls on your host, cdn or WP install.
