Instagram Data not Populating

My instagram account won’t show up, even when putting in the correct id as instructed. It keeps saying: “Instagram data error: Instagram data is not set, plese check the ID” The ID is correct, and when you click the hyperlink it opens up the correct instagram account. How can I get this fixed?

Hi,

First please make sure that your Instagram is public.
Please provide a link to the website if possible, so we can take a look. Mention where the Instagram is as well so we can inspect it.

If there is still a problem please deactivate all plugins, clear all cache and try again, it can be a plugin conflict.
