Modal image not work

I try to use a modal image on post, but when i click on image, show a error loading.
how i solve this?

Hi,

What kind of error did you have received? Provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, provide your website URL.

The theme modal simply opens the post image in a window (lightbox), the settings mentioned in the guide have to be selected in order for it to work

If the plugin is modifying the file path to the media file, this will probably not work, as you already mentioned. From the theme version, you had before there may have been changes in the theme in this matter, or the plugin itself may have been modified.
