In Theme Panel, under Header, under Logo & Favicon
TEXT LOGO TAGLINE currently reads:
DISCOVER THE ART OF PUBLISHING
I can’t edit the field.
When I try to add my new tag line, I can’t actually type into the field.
Sidenote — I was able to change this earlier today and I did. But then when I went back into the screen, it somehow changed back and now is not editable.

Did you also update under main WP settings > general ?
