Purchased this theme 2 days back. created a new static homepage. But today when i posted new article and tried to make some updates to the homepage, the changes are not getting reflected.

Any help is highly appreciated. Number of hits are impacted and the adsense revenue as well.

I see posts published on the second and third of January currently

The theme blocks and grids will display the posts as soon as published, if a latest sorting option is selected for each

In category pages they will appear after they are published as well.
If this issues still happens it could be a caching problem. Maybe try and clear the cache, I see the website uses a Endurance cache, or make some tests without it. Caching may delay or prevent new changes made to the page or new posts from being displayed.

Yes, the posts are appearing but after 10 to 12 hours after i published them. As you suggested i cleared cache using “W3 Total Cache” plug in. But still the problem persists.
Yesterday i posted 2 articles, they appeared to users on home page after 10 hours. But i can see them through categories and with direct link.
I just posted an article and it showed up on homepage immediately. Looks like the issue resolved.
