Hi,

Fixed background image, click on row, set rows stretch , check the Fixed background image https://www.screencast.com/t/UAuLfDxVbIW chenage from general to css and set a Background image https://www.screencast.com/t/yyX01hbjCRQF , after that just set some content.
The paralax is the same like fixed background
