Am hoping you can help. I have an issue with the template menu on mobile loading correctly. This is the screen when it first loads
When I go to click on the menu, this is how it appears :-
The menu doesnt load. When I refresh the page, this is how it appears :-
The menu then shows correctly :-
I don’t think its because it hasn’t loaded in time on the first attempt. I have had the site sit for 60 second and it still has the error. The menu only appears once I’ve refreshed the page.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

I’ve tried on mobile on the Safari app and it works fine.
If you try on Google Chrome on mobile the error should come up

I’ve tested it on 5 separate mobile devices and have replicated the same issue on all 5 devices using Google Chrome. Upon loading the site using Google Chrome on a mobile device, if you click the menu, the menu will not load correctly. if you refresh the page, click into another link and go back to the home page it will then work until next time you visit the page the first time where the issue can be replicated again.
Not sure why the issue is on Google Chrome only. Am wanting to purchase more Newsmag licenses for three more projects i’ve got but Google Chrome is a very popular app to be using for mobile access

Please try to remove all of the untested plugins and try again. I have tested on my side and everything works as expected. The menu loads correctly, sorry! Let us know how it goes and eventually, make a video to this problem.
