Image loading – animations (lazyload) not working

Hello Team,
Enabling “Image loading – animations (lazyload)” makes not working preview of thumbnail image in a homepage.
I have a latest theme, why?,if you lazyload off,image is loading. plz fix the issue.

Hi,

Please clear any cache you have, including browser cache. The lazy load issues were fixed in theme update 9.2.1. There have been no negative reports since then, based on user feedback the problems were fixed.

If there is still a problem, please provide a link to the website.

Hi Simion,
Still Same Problem, Not fix the issue. My Web SITE “https://telugurajyam.com/ “.
Now i am lazyload off,image is loading.
if Enabling “Image loading – animations (lazyload)” makes not working for image.

If you use a CDN try to purge the files – https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169246-How-do-I-purge-my-cache-

In case the problem remains we could take a look, send us admin login at contact@tagdiv.com as well as cPanel if possible. Please also include a link to this topic in the email.
