Hello,
For all images (all images have the same sizes) I have option (from right side of the screen) with “Full size dropdown list”, but for some images dont have this option. As result some images in post (when user clicking on them) open a little bit bigger but not full size. How to fix it?

This can be because the image do not have the proper size, you can try to use a re-generator -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
