Flex Box 3 Module 1 divider colour selection not working

Any change I make to Flex Box 3 Module 1 divider colour isn’t registering. The divider remains pale grey whatever colour is selected (in tablet vertical and mobile view – doesn’t apply to other forms): https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ACOzg26jw36trCi3dH7b2L0zERSl8A3S
