Form Input – Forms capture, but won't submit…

Greetings: I’ve tried now utilizing two different form capture programs inside your theme, and neither work. The forms appear just fine, but the form submission buttons for both will not “send”. Is there a switch I’m needing to flip to have this work for me? Please advise asap. Thanks.

Hi,

I just check your website and your form seams that is not set well please check the documentation for the plugin that are you using.
