In my blog I have the category quizzes -> hardware -> storage devices. See the figure:

In the mega menu appears the categories hardware and storage devices. I would like the main category to be storage devices, but that on the mega menu there was only hardware. In the figure below, see Hardware and Storage Devices.
Is it possible to filter? How?

The mega-menu will display only sub-categories of the parent category chosen in the mega-menu. The “hardware ” and “storage devices” are sub-categories of the “quizzes” category they will be treated the same in the mega-menu and display one below the other.
An option to control the order of the sub-categories is not available. If you want to arrange them differently you could try the Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order plugin, this would allow you to change the order in which the categories are displayed.
