Editing URL on Featured Images

I would like to set a different URL on the Featured Image of a post, but can’t find a way to do this. Is this possible?

Hi,

You can edit the td_module_blog.php file and add an anchor tag to the image like this: http://screencast.com/t/zOXDaAOo
Here a re the new line that I have added:
$image_html = '';
$buffy .= '';
