Only taking the visitor's 'comment' on nothing else while a visitor comments

Hi,
Currently, when we enable the feature of Comments on the website.
When a user enters, and wants to comment on a blog, he needs to fill in his Name, Email and Website with Name and Email fields being required.
Is there any option in which the user only enters a comment on the website without it being necessary to fill in his email details ?
How can we take only the comment as the input, I do not want the other fields.
