Hi,
2 questions:
1. I tried to remove/edit the “stay connected” and “ads block” at the sidebar’s widget that located in the homepage, but it did not change at all.

But, it did change as what I edited in the Post page sidebar. \

2. How to remove the ads block at the header, and footer?

1)If you want to edit the post page sidebar, you need to check the Widgets section area from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0JZNZxZQICTn
2)If you want to remove these Ads, check the Ads section from Theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qUhg1rXPkpZ
