when I press the menu button the initial animation is starts (the website is “pushing” back). This takes time and it’s laggy. How can I remove this animation?

Hi,
You have some errors in console that delay the web page load.
Also there can be a plugin conflict, you can try to deactivate all non them plugins and clear all cache, after that try again!
