You can change that text in the theme panel translation settings

If you are changing it in the theme panel and it does not change in the website, maybe you need to clear the cache. Also force refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R) or check in incognito.

When I change and save the text from the panel, the text returns to its original state. No problem changing other areas. I just can’t change this text.
