Installed Cloud Template Doesn't Appear in Templates

Hi,

I’ve selected ADD NEW in the CLOUD TEMPLATES section, choose a template, and then am given these choices: BACK, PREVIEW, CREATE PAGE. There isn’t a button to add the template to my CLOUD TEMPLATES section. So I choose CREATE PAGE. It does create a page with the template, but there’s no way for me to edit the template as it does not then appear in CLOUD TEMPLATES. Please advise and thank you!
