You have to access it through the Google search results page, as one would usually get to AMP pages – http://prntscr.com/mgw8h1 – http://prntscr.com/mgw8kr
Then it will look as you mention.

Is a AMP plugin will work well if I used single post template from cloud template?
There will be no problem, the AMP plugin will use a different template for the post regardless of what is used on desktop. So you can use cloud post templates or default post templates, no problem in doing so.
