We have faced a new issue that when we publish articles fir some of them after sometime automatically they are removed and redirected to other posts.
What is the issue and how can we solve it?

Hi,
Please make sure that you do not use some plugins that can caused this problem, you can deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and see if this problem is still there.
If the problem persist please provide some more details about it and a link were we can inspect this problem.

Thanks for your support. Actually we have not added any new plugins and just we have updated the Theme and changing our servers about 20 days ago.
This issue happens suddenly and by deactivating some plugins we can not find it. The next case may happen 3 days later…
Do you need any access to check inside?

Yes we have authors (not one)on the website, this issue happens for all of them but as I described it happens suddenly, I mean it might happen after publishing about 20 posts…
Yes @Calin , the posts are removed from dashboard (All Posts), they are removed and redirected to another articles, this is too bad. When the posts are published the Google has indexed them but the posts are redirecting to other articles. I have checked the authors they are working correctly as they have done for more than 3 years.
Just last night I found in Yoast SEO plugin ( We have its premium ), in Redirected section we can see the removed posts and even redirected to other articles…

If this post are not remove by authors then need to be some plugins/scripts or restrictions.
Can you give same examples of links that was removed, also please check for them in database;
Maybe is possible to be something from the new server, please contact your host and do some checks.

This is not happened by the authors, I am one of the authors…
Now I have to change the article slug and re-publishing it. It is a very bad issue.
There is not any issue in the database, evrything are Ok there and even we have given the logs…

Did you check the documentation for yoast redirects -> https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/redirects-manager/ also please check all settings .
I think that the better thing will be to make a full backup to your website and database,
and make a copy of your site and tray on localhost to deactivate all non theme plugins clear all cache and make some publish to see if the problem is still there.
