In China, youtube and vimeo are inaccessible, so how do you create a QQ playlist like a youtube playlist?

Hi,
A dedicated playlist element is available only for YouTube and Vimeo at the moment. Maybe you can embed whole playlist same as videos – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/embed-tencent-videos/
You could give it a try. Or maybe there are plugins for this.
