In the Buddypress settings I have checked the option “Show the Toolbar for logged out users”
In the Newspaper Theme panel I have disabled the Top Bar, in favor or using the built-in Toolbar that comes with WordPress. But the WordPress toolbar does not show.

Or even better could I show the Top Bar with the Show Signin/Join enabled — and then after they login with modal I can only show the WordPress Toolbar?
How to remove the Top Bar from Newspaper theme after they login — because when they login their are two menus to logout if both toolbars show.

Searching for this online I found a topic about 3 years old mentioning that this issue is caused by the Woocommerce plugin – https://buddypress.org/support/topic/admin-bar-not-showing-up-2/
I deactivated the woocommerce plugin and now it is showing – http://prntscr.com/mjgvt8
The theme doesn’t have a condition to remove the top bar after the user logs in. You could try and adapt the condition from this topic maybe
