Grey bar showing on Big Grid 4 on tablets: iPad and Samsung

When viewing with an iPad or Samsung tablet the Bid Grid 4 on my home page a grey bar appears under the two larger feature images.

How can I fix this?

Hi,

I have made some tests on my website and the Big Grid 4 works as expected on iPad version, sorry! Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, remove all of the untested plugins which can break the theme functionality.
