How do i create form on my Newspaper 9?

1. how do I create form on one of my categories. I have a category that say “Prayer Request”, this is where my visitors submit there prayer request, but I also want it to pass through admin approval, before it displays on the site (as a content). Also an option where the “submitter” (the site Visitor) decide if he/she want the prayer to be public (to display on site).

2.How do I edit or delete some text column (like “Hot News, Latest Tech” etc on the site. (pls see attached for better understanding)

1- Click to pages from admin panel
2- Click to edit for main page
3- You will see tagdiv composer’s blue button. It will be a magic!

I still haven’t find any solution to creating form for post as mentioned above.
I need a form that people can submit there prayer request or submit article to post on the site, which will pass through admin approval before it displays on site.

I have worked on my block titles thanks to you.

I have problem using mobile to register on my site. the site will allow you to create an account using mobile, now the site will send you a link to your email to create your password. if you click on the link it will go blank (using mobile). please use an active email and mobile to run the test, you will see the error.
