Customize Theme

Hi there,
for a strange reason, I can’t customize the theme.
Once I arrive to the page and I click on all buttons, nothing is happening.
I tried on several browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), on several computers (Mac, Ubuntu and Windows7).
Please help,

Maybe I need to update the theme?
Where can I find the update module?

Ok I found.
But now when I am using the Enavo System to upload, it doesn’t work.
Please help

Hi,

Please make sure you use this guide any updated the theme manually via FTP: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/
Please make sure you updated the theme right then check if you still have this same issues but without any plugins active, leave active just the Visual Composer plugin.
