Since I updated the new theme version to 9.5, it doesn’t recognize the content I made with TagDiv Composer.
You can see it on this video: https://www.useloom.com/share/aaa46f048f6f48e2a58594f0840f5463
Can you help me with this?
Thank you.
Hi,
So that page was made entirely in the composer previously? Is this happening just for that page? Does the same happen if you copy the page content from the backend in a new test page, then edit it with the composer?
If you can provide admin login at contact@tagdiv.com we could take a look at it. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
I discovered why is the problem occuring. It only happens when the page attribute is set to “Pagebuilder + Emptypage”
If you set that attribute then you can’t edit with TagDiv Composer. That’s probably a bug or something.
You can check it trying to edit this two pages with TagDiv Composer:
– https://desdelaraiz.com/metodo-spiba/
If you change the page attribute you will see the problem disappears. I provided you access to the admin panel to check it.
Moreover, in any page I made with TagDiv Composer in the past there always appear an advice saying “The current content has not beeing created with TagDiv Composer”. That’s not true, because the pages were made with TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
The empty page template was removed in 9.5, so it is not available anymore in the page attributes template selection. Now you can choose a no header within the header manager
– http://prntscr.com/ml0uwv
A similar setting will be available for the footer.
In your case the empty page template is still appearing?
Pages that used this empty template should be switched to the page default template I believe. Let us know.
Hi,
I suspect that you have updated the theme using the patch and the old empty page template has not been overwritten, sorry! The quick solution would be to edit your old empty page and replace the code with the other one from here -> https://pastebin.com/UYm6HHCZ Very important is to do not delete the start comment.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
I don’t know how to do that. I tryed modifing the file “page-pagebuilder-empty.php” replacing the code you sent me, but it’s not working properly.
Moreover, I’m still not seeing the orange button “Header manager”.
Can you explain it to me in a easier way beeing more explicit?
Thank you!
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as FTP or cPanel if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you for solving me the problem. Just two things:
1. When I choose no header, there is always a white space at the top, and I have to add a -50px margin at the top row to hide it. I just let you know that to see if you can solve it in future updates.
2. How can I hide the footer like the header? I don’t see that option.
Personally, the Empty Page option in the page attribute was great, and I don’t know why you decided to delete that option.
Thank you!
1. Thank you for mentioning it, I will make a note of it.
2. Regarding the footer there should be a solution provided by my colleague Bogdan in the email conversation.
Sorry for all these inconveniences, it was decided by our developer team to remove this page template, there will be an option for the footer as well, just like for the header, to remove it for specific pages.
From what I know Bogdan re-added the empty page template which should now work as before, a test page here – https://desdelaraiz.com/tagtiv-test-page-landing-page/
So for the pages you want to have no header and footer, edit them and set that page template. You can remove the header from the header manager section in the composer.
