Hello to whom is reading,
We’ve haven’t received an update for our theme (Newspaper 9) we have only just bought the theme so our issue isn’t theme support etc,
We installed the theme via FTP and then verified the theme via front-end.

I’ll need to reinstall it – why can’t we update it via the update page in WordPress?
