Hi.
I would really like to have a scrolling layout on my front page as nowthisnews.com has. It would fit perfectly with my page layout and would increase user experience. My only problem is, that I have no idea how to do it. I have looked around on the internet for more than 3 hours now, but no solution has come.
Is this possible to do with the NewsPaper theme or any plugin?

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to achieve infinite scroll on the page, sorry! What did you have understood through full-page scroll?
