Mega Menu Not Enabled

I did a clean install of the Newspaper Theme. When I tried to configure the menu to display mega menu categories the option was not available per your instructions. Do I need to enable Mega Menus in some setting or is this a bug in the code?

– SOLVED –

The problem was a conflict with a plugin called ‘Menu Image’
