My website (nu-edu-bd.net) shows some error messages.
Posting new article shows the following problems.
Embed URL not working
If you are new to article post, ‘Publishing failed’ shows for the first time but being published for the second time.
The admin panel login shows the following error message in the header section.
Notice: Undefined index: host in /home/yahrob/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 3016
Undefined index: host in /home/yahrob/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 2954
Undefined index: host in /home/yahrob/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1373
The Yoast Premium SEO plugin on the front end shows two line error messages.
I am sincerely seeking solutions for these issues.

Publishing failed messages can be displayed when using Gutenberg, there are similar reports online. If you don’t use specific Gutenberg elements you could use the classic editor plugin instead.
Those errors you mention seem to be referring to WordPress core files, did you maybe make modifications to them? Also do they appear if you deactivate all plugins except theme plugins? Is the wp-debug set to false in the wp-config file?
The Yoast plugin should work properly with the theme, it is the recommended SEO plugin. What are the errors that appear?
