Hi
I have installed and configured WP Super Cache as per the configuration guide but in the theme system panel there is still the yellow alert “no cache plugin detected”.
I tried to deactivate all plugins but WP Super Cache but the issue is still there.
Could you please help?

Seems to work in my case – http://prntscr.com/mmppz4 However the caching can still be active despite the status in the theme panel. Check while in incognito in the page source, at the bottom of the page, should be something like this there

I checked the page source and it says “Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache” although in the plugin settings it always says WP-Super-Cache (0KB). Any idea?
Are there cached files? – http://prntscr.com/mn2j08 if there are it means the cache works. If the website gets visitors the cached version should be served in this case.

I checked and both WP-Cache and WP-Super-Cache were 0KB, then I clicked on “List all cached files” and now all the sudden it appears that there are 144 cached pages, so I guess it works although the theme doesn’t detect the plugin.
Sometimes that happens, but if the cache works alright there should’t be any problems. I could add this issue to be investigated by our developer team.
